We have over 250 acres of pasture - all fenced. The horses here are kept in pasture
all year round with of course the basics - sheltars, water, running fountains, salt blocks, and room to roam. As a rider
you are intitled to visit your horse at any day at any hour. You are allowed to use our round pen, outdoor
arena, indoor arena, and our trails. You can keep your gear in our tackroom and you can store your feed or hay in our storage
room. The board fee does not change at any time, it remains $40 a month all year. If your horse damages something
or you damage something additional costs may apply. You will be updated frequently about things such as, pasture rotation,
new horses or boarders, new rules, medical issues, and routine vet and farrier visits.

We don't have many rules - most are based on common
sense and respect. We ask that everyone respect each other's property - which includes their tack, horses, and other materials.
We would also like to ask that everyone respect the farm itself. Remember this is your horse's home as well. Rent is to be
paid upon the first week of every month. If you cannot pay your rent for whatever reason - we will give you two weeks
to find another facility and then ask you to leave. If your horse becomes ill - please move them to a separate
field away from other horses, until they can be checked out. If horses cannot get along and are causing problems - they
will be sepearated. Stallions are placed out on there own so please respect that. And above all we are a family - we
can help each other out if you are in need or have a problem. We take turns in the winter with hay routines, and other
needs. We frequently checkup on each horse out there daily and will alert you immediatly if something is wrong. If you
notice something is wrong with another boarder's horse please alert them as well. And Finally if you go away of a trip
or cannot make it out as often as you like I myself or Josh are happy to look after your horses while your gone
- so don't be afraid to ask.
